Life Development Classes
IECA Life Development Classes Classes are catalysts to help you become a fully-devoted follower of Jesus Christ. Each class offers the tools necessary to make this happen in your life. From the initial decision to accept Jesus as your Lord to your final destination in life-changing ministry, we will lead you step-by-step from healing to growth and into a fulfilling leadership role.
Becoming A Christian
This class is basically an introduction to the ministry of IECA and will help you understand all about church membership and is designed to explain the principles of the church. It also covers about our salvation, our statements of purpose and beliefs, our strategy, and our structure which will all be necessary to fulfill God's purpose for our life and even in discovering what the future has in store for IECA. This class takes place every first Sunday of the month.

Becoming Like Christ
This class will reveal to every believer what it is needed to become fully devoted followers of Christ. Small Groups 201 will help every Christian develop basic habits in order to grow spiritually. These are: daily time with God through prayer and Bible study, giving and fellowship whether it be in a larger group during weekend services or in a smaller group where a deeper and personal connection can be experience with other believers. This takes place on the second Sunday of every month.

Becoming A Servant
God has given everyone a purpose and significance in life. Because of this we need to serve others in Jesus' name and make a real difference in someone's life. We also want to help you realize what makes you so unique. With Serve 301, these Spiritual Gifts that God had bestowed upon us will come into realization as well as our Hearts (passions), Abilities, Personality and Experiences into ministering others who are in need. God combines them all for the best way to serve in the ministry. This takes place on the third Sunday of every month.

Becoming A Witness
Everyone has their own story on how God has worked in their lives. It is our life's purpose to help connect people to our perfect and eternal God. Share 401 will further orient or train you in the ministry area of your choice to learn more about how to be involved. It will help in fulfilling the Great Commission and share the Good News of God's love in word and action. This class takes place on the fourth Sunday of every month. The Discipleship Series is complete when you start in a ministry team.
